If you are using an eReader you will be required to download a free program called Adobe Digital Editions. You will have to make an account with Adobe in order to authorize your computer and device, this is a one time authorization. Since eBooks and eAudiobooks are copyright protected this program will authorize your computer and your device to be able to read copyrighted materials and allow you to transfer the eBooks onto your device. For an instructional video on getting started with Adobe Digital Editions you can click here. If you wish to download eAudiobooks onto your device you will have to download Overdrive, this will allow you to transfer audio files onto your device. To download either of these programs you can click here.
If you are using a mobile device (iPhone, iPad, Tablets, Android devices etc.) you will need to download an app onto your device. This app is free to download and you will find it in your apple app store, google play store etc. depending on your device. All you have to do is search for “Overdrive”. Once you have downloaded this app and get it set up you will be able to browse, checkout and download all within the app.
