There are three eBook and eAudiobook services available to you. You will need:
- a valid library card with a PIN;
- a compatible device, computer or smartphone; and,
- an internet connection.

For eAudiobooks, you will have to download the program from the OverDrive website. This will allow you to transfer audio files onto your device, such as an mp3 player. To download either of these programs you can click here.
For mobile devices, we highly recommend that you download the free “Libby” app by OverDrive from your app store. Libby is very user friendly!

Open Library
Open Library is a project of the non-profit Internet Archive, and has been funded in part by a grant from the California State Library and the Kahle/Austin Foundation. Now available: eReaders
We have two Kobo eReaders to try out if you want to see if an eReader is right for you. They can be checked out to an adult card for a three-week loan period. When you are done with them, please hand them in at the front desk.
Each eReader offers a variety of free ebooks on it. Please note that you will not be able to download ebooks onto the eReader due to copyright constraints.
