Calling all 2SLGBTQIA+ seniors!  We’re thrilled to announce a brand new get-together just for you!  Join NG Pride for a fun-filled time of connection, laughter, and support.

NG Art Challenge

Open to NG residents ages 12 and up. Led by local artists Jayne Couch and Jennifer Gow.
Each Saturday there will be a new drawing lesson and a new art challenge. You don’t need to have any art experience or supplies to join.  The focus will be on drawing with dry media: graphite, coloured pencils, pastels, pen and ink, etc.

These in-person sessions are designed to encourage you to share, learn new skills, and grow your understanding of different drawing theories and techniques.

The North Grenville Art Challenge is a community-driven, collective, art project. A way to connect with local artists and creatives, to learn together, and to empower one another. There is no right or wrong interpretation of your creative process, interpretation is key!

Description: The North Grenville Writers Circle free workshop series returns to the library this fall!

The NGWC welcomes writers who are just thinking about becoming an author, aspiring novelists, as well as traditional and self-published authors. A number of published authors, who write in a variety of genres, monitor the closed Facebook group.

Youngsters of Yore

The Youngsters of Yore meet every Thursday afternoon at the Library. This group is run by some of our Friends of the Library volunteers. Each week there is a guest speaker and refreshments are served.

Science and Technology Group
